Ready to begin your journey toward becoming a Licensed Massage Therapist? Follow these simple steps to complete your application process with the Institute of Sanative Arts:

  1. Complete the Online Application Form below. 
    Submit your application in full to begin the enrollment process.
  2. Pay the Background Check Fee.
    You’ll receive an invoice for a $100 background check fee, required before enrollment approval.
  3. Complete Your Background Check.
    After payment, you’ll receive an email from our partnered background check company with a secure link to complete your submission.
    This step ensures you meet the Michigan state requirements for massage therapy licensure eligibility.
  4. Submit Your Deposit.
    Once your background check is approved, a $1,500 deposit is required to reserve your seat in class.
  5. Apply for Scholarships.
    Don’t forget to apply for the ISA Student Scholarship Program and any other scholarship opportunities recommended during your application process.
  6. Finalize Tuition Payment Plan.
    At least 30 days before your class start date, your completed tuition payment plan must be submitted to confirm enrollment.
