Hours Available:

All day, every day
Except Wednesdays 8 am–5 pm (student clinic in session)

We offer four fully furnished treatment rooms, perfect for:

  • Massage therapy
  • Reiki and energy work
  • Craniosacral therapy
  • Coaching or talk-based sessions
  • Wellness consultations
  • Bodywork modalities of all types

Room Features Include:

  • Massage table
  • Table warmer
  • Lamp & salt lamp
  • Hot towel cabinet
  • Calm, professional environment

Room 4 includes a sink and counter, ideal for esthetics or specialized bodywork.

Classroom Rental

Our spacious 21’ x 16’ classroom is ideal for:

  • CE classes
  • Yoga or stretching
    Meditation workshops
  • Wellness seminars
  • Coaching groups
  • Study groups

Includes:

  • 4–5 massage tables
  • 15–20 chairs
  • Folding tables
  • Projector & screen
  • Whiteboard
  • Keurig (BYO pods), refrigerator, microwave, and toaster oven are available for use in the resource room.

Hours Available:

After 5 pm Monday–Wednesday
 All day Thursday–Sunday

Flexible Rental Options

Optional Add-Ons

  • Linens: $5/session
  • Laundry service: $10/day, $45/month, or $85 unlimited
  • Oils/lotions: $3/session
  • Stone/cupping equipment: $10/day
  • Storage: $15/month

Extra cleaning (if needed): $25–$35

Choose the option that fits your needs:

Treatment Rooms

  • Hourly: $20–$25
  • Full-Day: $115–$150
  • Monthly (Part-time access 1-20 hr/week): $275–$475
  • Full-Time Monthly (Full access): $650–$750

Classroom

  • Hourly: $35
  • Full Day: $190

Weekend: $425

Rules and Requirements

To ensure a safe, professional environment, renters must provide:

  • State license (if required for their field)
  • Proof of training/certification for non-licensed modalities
  • Professional liability insurance
  • Signed rental agreement
  • Cleaning and resetting the space after use

 

Prohibited Activities

  • Illegal services
  • Erotic or sexual services
  • Excess noise or disruptive activities
  • Subletting without permission
  • Use of candles or open flames
  • Medical or invasive procedures
